Yes. Your MyCare ID is free forever. Each Health Insights Report is a one-time charge of $3. No monthly fee, no annual lock-in, no auto-renewal, and no card needed to start.
What counts as a Health Insights Report?
Upload up to 30 medical records and run them to get a Health Insights Report. You can read it on screen or export it to PDF. Opening a finished report again is free.
What is the difference between Free and Insights?
Free keeps and explains your records: upload up to 15 medical records and get a free Health Summary Report, once in a 30-day timeline. A Health Insights Report is based on up to 30 medical records and reads deeper: flags and trends across your full lifetime timeline, 5 voice or text questions per report with source-linked answers, and export as PDF or FHIR R4.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
There is nothing to cancel. You only pay when you run a Health Insights Report. If a report does not render correctly or the analysis fails, we refund or rerun it at no charge.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. Records are end-to-end encrypted at rest and in transit, isolated per patient, and every access is audit-logged. MetaCura is HIPAA compliant. Your data is never used to train any model and is never sold.
Can I export or delete my records?
Yes, anytime. PDF export is included free. Insights adds FHIR R4 export, a structured copy you can hand to any provider or app. One tap deletes your MyCare ID and every record, permanently within 30 days.
Does MetaCura replace my doctor?
No. MetaCura organizes, explains and flags what is in your records. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace clinical judgment. Always discuss findings with a qualified provider.
