A report is a single analysis run across the records you upload, typically one new lab, scan, visit note, or a question that requires reasoning across your timeline. You pay once for that run; revisiting it later is free.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

There's nothing to cancel, you only pay when you buy a report. If a report doesn't render correctly or the analysis fails, we'll refund or rerun it at no charge.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. Records are end-to-end encrypted at rest and in transit, isolated per patient, and access is audit-logged. Your data is never used to train any model and is never sold.

Can I export my records and reports?

Yes. PDF export is available on every tier. Insights and Second Opinion also include FHIR R4 export, so you can hand off a structured, standards-based copy to any provider or app.

Does MetaCura replace my doctor?

No. MetaCura is advisory, it organizes, explains, and flags what's in your record. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace clinical judgment. Always discuss findings with a qualified provider.
